Booking Policy To secure your appointment, we require credit card information at the time of booking. Your credit card details are securely stored via Stripe and will only be used in the event of a No Show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice. By booking online or by phone, you consent to the charges outlined in our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, but we ask that you please respect our time and the time of other patients. Our policies are as follows:
Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation notice, you will be charged the full treatment amount.
You can cancel or reschedule by phone or email. If your cancellation is not confirmed by us, a No-Show Fee will apply.
Consent and Agreement By booking an appointment online or via phone, and by completing the intake process, you agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy. You also acknowledge that you have signed a consent form upon intake that outlines the terms of this policy.
Fees
Cancellation Fee (less than 48 hours): $60 plus HST
No Show Fee: Full Treatment Amount plus HST
